It has great adjustability and movement. I wish the center was a little longer so you had more of body blows, but that is nit picking. Its also bounces a lot despite having bags of sand on it, so i put 100 pounds of dumbells around it.

Great equipment
My only issue is with the torso height. It states the torso pad suppose to come to my chest and it only comes to my stomach. I’m 6ft3 so if your shorter it probably would be just fine.

Best sparring partner
This is not a replacement for a heavy bag, but is definitely the best thing I ever trained on for high speed cardio and accuracy practice.

Daily training routine
My son loves X2 model, the only recommendation would be it has to be bolted to the ground. Sandbags alone do not serve their purpose. We even added more sandbags, never the less it keeps moving. Other than that, its an amazing system.
