Most people should start with X2. Choose Deluxe if your room is tighter or you mostly want boxing, elbows, and knees.

How many weight bags are included?
Each unit is designed around six weight bags. Fill all six for the base to behave correctly.

Yes. BAS is built for home spaces and folds for storage after training.
