Train boxing.
Practice punches, target changes, and footwork at home. The BAS System gives you separate head, torso, and focus-pad targets that you can adjust to your height and reach.
Make room for practice at home.
Practice between classes or add a few rounds to your home workout. Separate targets give you clear places to aim as you move between head- and body-level strikes.
The Deluxe includes two focus pads alongside the head and torso targets. Choose the X2 for four focus pads and more options for target placement.
Boxing practice at home.
Three ways to use the BAS System in your home routine.
-
Punching accuracy
Use the head and focus pads to practice punches you already know. Separate targets help you choose where each punch lands.
-
Head and body targets
Alternate between the head and torso pads at a comfortable pace. Focus on controlled contact and returning to your starting position.
-
Footwork between strikes
Leave clear space around the base to step and reset between punches. The BAS System stays in place; it does not simulate an opponent's movement.
These are training ideas, not step-by-step technique lessons. Learn unfamiliar techniques with a qualified instructor, follow the setup manual, and strike only the padded targets.
The recommended boxing setup.

Body Action System Deluxe
The BAS Deluxe System includes two focus pads and a T-Bar alongside the head and torso targets. All six weight bags are included; fill and position them as directed before training.

Boxing FAQ.
-
Is Deluxe enough for boxing?
Yes. The Deluxe gives you head, torso, and two focus pads, which covers the core boxing targets. Choose X2 if you want more lateral target range or plan to train kicks too.
-
Can I practice defense on BAS?
You can practice defensive movement between strikes: slips, pivots, resets, exits, and re-entries. The unit does not punch back, so it is not a sparring replacement.
-
How much room do I need for boxing rounds?
Allow space for the assembled BAS System plus clear room to step, turn, and fully extend your strikes without contacting the frame, furniture, walls, or other people. Check the setup manual and measure your training area before ordering.
-
Do I need the training videos?
No, but they help. Freestyle rounds work well once you know what you want to drill. All-Access gives you structure when you want a coach-led session.
-
Can kids use it for boxing?
Follow the product's age and setup guidance. Younger users need adult supervision and suitable instruction. Contact us if you need help choosing an appropriate setup.
