Train kickboxing.
Practice punches and kicks in the same home session. The X2's adjustable pads give you several targets to work with as you build accuracy and control.
Make room for practice at home.
Kickboxing practice involves changing between punching and kicking distances. Separate padded targets give you clear places to aim while you work on familiar techniques.
The X2 includes four focus pads in addition to its head and torso targets. Adjust the layout before training and allow enough clearance for your kicks.
Kickboxing practice at home.
Three ways to use the BAS System in your home routine.
-
Punching combinations
Practice familiar punches on the head, torso, and focus pads. Choose a short sequence you can repeat with control.
-
Kicking accuracy
Set a suitable padded target at a comfortable height for kicks you have learned. Strike the pads, never the frame or weight bags.
-
Switching from hands to feet
Practice moving between punching and kicking distances. Reset your stance and balance before starting the next repetition.
These are training ideas, not step-by-step technique lessons. Learn unfamiliar techniques with a qualified instructor, follow the setup manual, and strike only the padded targets.
The recommended kickboxing setup.
Head, torso, and four focus pads with adjustable positioning.
Body Action System X2
The BAS X2 System includes four focus pads and two T-Bars alongside the head and torso targets. All six weight bags are included; fill and position them as directed before training.

Kickboxing FAQ.
-
Can I train kicks on the X2?
Yes. The X2 is the recommended kickboxing model because the focus pads and torso target give you room for hands, body kicks, teeps, and high-line follow-ups.
-
Is this better than a heavy bag for kickboxing?
It is different. A heavy bag is still useful for impact. BAS is stronger for target variety, combinations, footwork, and switching from hands to feet.
-
How much space do I need?
Allow space for the assembled BAS System plus clear room to step, turn, and fully extend your strikes without contacting the frame, furniture, walls, or other people. Check the setup manual and measure your training area before ordering.
-
Can beginners use it?
Yes. Start with controlled targets and simple combinations. Add speed and power once your balance and recovery are clean.
-
Should I use all six weight bags?
Yes. Fill and use all six weight bags so the unit is properly weighted before you start kicking with power.
