Train Muay Thai.

Bring Muay Thai striking practice into your home routine. The BAS System has adjustable targets for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, so you can practice between coached sessions.

Why BAS

Make room for practice at home.

Separate head, torso, and focus pads give you different places to aim during solo training. Adjust the layout to the techniques you have learned and the space you have available.

The X2 adds four focus pads for more target positions. It complements classes and partner work; it does not replace a coach's feedback or a moving pad holder.

Muay Thai practice at home.

Three ways to use the BAS System in your home routine.

  • Punches and body kicks

Use separate padded targets for hand strikes and kicks you already know. Practice each technique with control before combining them.

  • Knees and elbows

The head and torso pads offer targets for close-range striking practice. Adjust the setup to your reach and follow your instructor's guidance.

  • Moving between distances

Practice resetting your position when switching between punches, kicks, and closer-range strikes. Keep clear of the frame and base.

These are training ideas, not step-by-step technique lessons. Learn unfamiliar techniques with a qualified instructor, follow the setup manual, and strike only the padded targets.

Muay Thai FAQ.

  • Why is X2 recommended for Muay Thai?

Muay Thai needs more than two targets. The X2 gives you the range and pad layout for knees, elbows, teeps, body kicks, and hand combinations.

  • Can I throw knees into the torso target?

Yes. Set the torso height for your body and use the weighted base correctly. Start controlled, then add power as the sequence gets cleaner.

  • Does it replace pad holding?

No. A coach gives feedback and movement. BAS gives you repeatable targets for solo rounds when no coach is holding pads.

  • How much room do I need?

Allow space for the assembled BAS System plus clear room to step, turn, and fully extend your strikes without contacting the frame, furniture, walls, or other people. Check the setup manual and measure your training area before ordering.

  • Should I add All-Access?

All-Access is useful if you want structured Muay Thai sessions plus boxing and MMA rounds on the same unit.
