Setup sequence.
A clean setup makes every round better.
-
1
Clear the floor.
Give yourself enough room to lay out frame pieces, pads, hardware, and all six weight bags.
-
2
Build the frame.
Follow the frame order before hanging pads. Tighten hardware once the structure is aligned.
-
3
Fill the weight bags.
Fill all six weight bags. The base is engineered around the full set.
-
4
Set pad height.
Adjust the pads for the person and the sport. Start conservative, then widen the range.
Setup questions.
-
Can one person assemble it?
Yes, but two people makes alignment and pad handling easier.
-
Do I really need all six weight bags?
Yes. Use all six weight bags for proper base behavior.
