The head pad

Don't just punch forward.

Work around the head pad with hooks, strike up into it with uppercuts, or throw straight punches to the front. It gives each of those techniques a physical place to land.

Plan your space

Room for the BAS System and your strikes.

Approx. 55 in. wideApprox. 38 in. deep
Schematic footprint, not a required amount of training clearance.

The assembled footprint

The BAS System is approximately 55 inches at its widest point and 38 inches deep. Leave additional clearance to step, turn, and extend your strikes safely.

The weighted base

Six individual weight bags sit around the base. Fill and position every bag according to the setup manual before training. As with any freestanding equipment, movement depends on setup, floor, and strike force.

The frame folds for storage between sessions. Check the manual before moving or storing a filled unit.

Questions

How it works, in detail.

How much room do I need?

The assembled BAS System is approximately 55 inches wide at its widest point and 38 inches deep. Leave additional clearance for your movements and strikes.

How long does assembly take?

Plan for approximately 45 minutes. Two people can make assembly easier. Follow the manual for your model.

What goes in the weight bags?

Fill all six included weight bags with the material and amount specified in the setup manual, then position them as directed. Contact support if you need the instructions for your model.

How heavy is BAS when filled?

Filled weight depends on the approved fill material and amount. Refer to your model's setup manual rather than estimating from the unfilled product weight.

Will BAS move when I kick it?

Any freestanding unit may move depending on the floor, setup, and force used. Fill and position all six weight bags as directed and check the frame and pads before training.

How do I adjust the focus pads?

Use the adjustment points shown in your model's setup guide to change their height, angle, and position. Check that the pads are secure before striking.

Can I practice uppercuts and low kicks?

Use the head pad for uppercuts and position the focus pads for the kick targets you want to practice.

Can people of different heights use it?

The target positions can be adjusted between users. Set them for each person's reach and techniques, then check that everything is secure.

Can kids train on BAS?

Training suitability depends on age, size, skill, and supervision. An adult should follow the product instructions and decide whether the setup and activity are appropriate for the child.

Can I fold or move it after training?

The frame folds for storage. Follow the manual's instructions before moving or storing the BAS System, especially after the weight bags have been filled.

What is the difference between Deluxe and X2?

Both have head and torso targets and six weight bags. Deluxe includes two focus pads and one T-Bar; X2 includes four focus pads and two T-Bars.

Do I need All-Access or XLINK?

No. You can use the BAS System for your own rounds without either add-on. All-Access adds guided videos; XLINK adds optional tracking on compatible Apple devices.
